Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will be provided with a shipping label to print out and apply to your return package - Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Please include the top half of the printed page inside your return package, without this your return may take longer to process.
  • We cannot provide return shipping labels on international orders. 

Where do I ship it to? 

  • Please follow the instructions on the return center to make a return. 

    Can the items be exchanged?

    Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges at this time.

    If you would like to exchange an item for a new Beachwood product, you will need to return the original item or items and place a new order. We will not deduct your return shipping costs as long as you place a new order with the same email address within 48 hours after creating your return. 

    What items are returnable? 

    • Within 30 days from the date of delivery
    • In unused and resellable condition
    • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

    What items are non-refundable? 

     The following items cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards
    • Items purchased on Sale
    • Bags/Baskets
    • Hats
    • Chica Bras
    • Snuggle Socks

    The item I received is damaged!

    If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

    What are the refund options?

    The following refund options are supported:

    • Refund to the original payment method
    • Refund to store credit

    How do I ship back the items?

    Through our returns page you will be provided with a shipping label to print out at home. The shipping label and restock fee are a flat rate of $8.99 which will be deducted from your refund. Please not, we cannot provide return labels on  international returns. Please make sure to cover any other shipping label on your returns package. For further instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. 

    How soon will I get my refund?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 10 working days after approval.

    Where do the items ship from? 

    All orders are shipped from California, USA. International shipping may incur additional import taxes. 

    How soon do orders ship? 

    Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. However we do not ship over the weekend and any order placed on a Friday afternoon will ship out Monday. 

    Lost or Stolen Package?

    If your package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing any items.
