How fast will my package be shipped?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-5 business days for your item(s) to be shipped. Your location will then determine the amount of shipping days. An email will be sent notifying you with your tracking number.We are not responsible for damages that occur to merchandise during shipping, including lost in transit.

For Domestic Orders: We ship USPS priority which takes 2-3 business days, however delivery date cannot be guaranteed. 

For international orders:  Please allow 1 – 2 weeks. Transit times may vary depending on your location. We cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.

 

Do you ship outside of the US?  Yes! We will ship anywhere that UPS delivers.

 

Why haven’t I received an email confirmation?  Please check your spam box. You should receive an email confirming your order and another once your order has been shipped with all the tracking information. Do you accept returns?  Yes, we do accept returns. 

All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 15 days of your purchase. All products must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping charges will not be returned. Please email hola@beachwoodbaby with the subject title "return"or "exchange"with your information (order number and name). We will try and help as much as we can. We will not accept returns on baskets.  

 

Past the 15 day window?  We understand that life can get busy, especially with a little one and are happy to consider on a case-by-case basis when all other requirements have been met.

 

Can I cancel my order?  Yes- Only if your order hasn’t been shipped. Please email us at Hola@beachwoodbaby.com

 

I shipped my package back, how soon will I get my reimbursement?  Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your package.
