How fast will my package be shipped?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-5 business days for your item(s) to be shipped. Your location will then determine the amount of shipping days. An email will be sent notifying you with your tracking number.We are not responsible for damages that occur to merchandise during shipping, including lost in transit.

For Domestic Orders: We ship with USPS & UPS, please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive once shipped.

For international orders:  Please allow 1 – 2 weeks. Transit times may vary depending on your location. We cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes! We will ship anywhere that UPS delivers. 

Why haven't I received an email confirmation?

Please check your spam box. You should receive an email confirming your order and another once your order has been shipped with all the tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to email us at

Return and Exchange policy FAQ

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

    • Visit our returns center
    • Enter your order number and email address to start
    • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
    • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines - Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping costs
    • Please include a note with your NAME & ORDER NUMBER - without this we will not be able to process your order 

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and with the original tags. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. Please note that if items have been used, washed or returned in a state that we cannot resell we will not process the refund.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 15 days from the date of delivery
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • If items have been used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on Sale
  • Bags/Baskets
  • Hats
  • Beauty Products
  • If items have been used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items 

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit

How do I ship back the items?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping charges will not be returned. For further instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 10 working days after approval.
