By selecting shipping protection at checkout, your order is 100% covered against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If anything goes wrong, we’ll replace or refund your items at no extra cost.

If you choose to remove shipping protection, we are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once your order has been shipped. Any issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier, with no exception.
